Reason to ask for The Personal information!!
Personal Information is the information that specifically identifies you as an individual. This includes but is not limited to: your name and address, telephone number, age, personal financial records (In certain situations) and identification numbers including your social insurance number, and business registration number if you are conducting business related transactions. Primarily we ask you for ID’s to meet federal government requirements and to prevent the fraudulent use of your ID by others.
When will Al Taif Staff ask for your Personal information?
Staff will be asking you to provide details of your personal ID under the following circumstances:

When conducting a transaction of 3000.00 CDN or exceeding this amount.

When using your debit card to make a purchase.

When negotiating bank drafts, cashier checks or money orders.

If you conduct business with us on a regular basis, regardless of the transaction amount.

To verify personal information that we have previously collected.
Customer Rights
As a customer you have the right not to provide us with some or all of your personal information. We hold the right to refuse service to anyone withholding required information.
